Rimmy Malhotra — CIO & General Manager

As Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of GoalMine, Mr.Malhotra oversees all investment decisions for the company. He also sets strategic direction for the company and works closely with MPOWER Labs to design asset building products that empower the underserved to achieve lasting economic independence.

Prior to founding GoalMine, Mr. Malhotra worked as an investment analyst at a New York based hedge fund. He also headed the North American Infrastructure Group at The Citigroup Private Bank covering operations across the Americas.

Mr. Malhotra maintains a deep commitment to public service, having served for three years as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Central America and advancing to Eagle Scout rank for his service to Scouting. In 2004, Mr. Malhotra was named a finalist for the White House Fellows Program. He earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

He's using GoalMine to invest for a future retirement home in Costa Rica.

Yaron Ben-Zvi — COO

As Chief Operating Officer for GoalMine, Mr. Ben-Zvi sets the direction and leads the team on development of the GoalMine product. He is also responsible for operations and compliance functions for the company.

Mr. Ben-Zvi has extensive experience helping build and grow early stage organizations. Most recently, he was Director of Client Services for with marketing research and consulting firm Nielsen BuzzMetrics (now part of Nielsen Online). In that capacity, Yaron built and oversaw some of the largest accounts for the company across various verticals including software, automotive, and consumer packaged goods, and helped define products and processes for the company as it grew to over 100 people. Prior to that, Yaron worked for Oxygen Media, most recently spearheading strategic development of video-on-demand initiatives for the company.

Yaron earned his MBA from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds undergraduate degrees in History and Political Philosophy from Wesleyan University.

He's using GoalMine to build his daughter's college fund.

Sam Elsamman — CTO

As Chief Technology Officer, Sam is responsible for the development and maintenance of the Goalmine technology platform.

Sam has several decades of experience in information technology including roles in senior management, project management, requirements analysis, systems architecture, software design and programming. He has run two companies that have developed and marketed software for consumers and businesses. The most recent venture, siteMagix, was founded by Sam in 2005 and was built out to become a leading supplier of content management software for the web hosting industry. The company was recently acquired by cPanel.

Prior to founding siteMagix, Sam served as the technology head for the Citigroup Private Bank in Europe overseeing the development and maintenance of the core financial systems used globally by the Private Bank and other Citi businesses. Sam's earlier career was centered around technology consulting for financial services companies.

He's using GoalMine to save for future home improvements.

Erin Bream — Product Manager

Erin handles product development and program management for GoalMine. She defines strategic direction and business cases for new initiatives, and is responsible for managing successful implementation of these programs as they become operational.

Prior to GoalMine, Erin worked in management consulting with a number of Fortune 500 companies in strategic and operational roles. Before that, she worked in economic development as a Fulbright Scholar in South America.

She holds B.A.s in Economics and International Relations from Claremont McKenna College.

She's using GoalMine to invest for her future home.

Percy Wegmann

Percy develops software, first and foremost the GoalMine website and back-end systems. Before joining GoalMine, he worked with partner MPower Labs to develop mobile banking and retail applications. Percy applies a results-oriented approach to creating user-friendly, scalable, fault-tolerant and compliant software grounded in object-oriented principles.

When he isn't standing or sitting in front of a computer, Percy cultivates a variety of interests including jazz piano, woodworking, photography, kayaking and generally enjoying the natural and man-made surroundings of his home in Austin Texas.

Percy holds B.A.'s in Political Sciences and Economics from the University of Chicago.

He's using GoalMine to save for his next big vacation.

Andrew Jensen — SVP of Operations

Mr. Jensen oversees all customer touch points for the company and is charged with overall customer satisfaction. He ensures that GoalMine complies with all regulatory aspects of the GoalMine operation and oversees data center operations and all customer service and back-office operations for the company.

Prior to joining GoalMine, Mr. Jensen worked for six years for a large industrial supply company, where he led a number of functional areas, including Finance and Distribution Operations. Most recently, Mr. Jensen led a team responsible for selecting, pricing, sourcing, and marketing more than 50,000 SKUs, including the most popular items sold by the company. Mr. Jensen has extensive experience in operational optimization, both through software development and process definition.

Mr. Jensen has had a lifelong interest in public service. He spent two years doing service work in southern Chile and is an Eagle Scout. He also worked for a non-profit venture accelerator that helps entrepreneurs refine their ideas, partner with mentors from many fields, and ultimately find funding. Mr. Jensen earned his MBA from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds honors undergraduate degrees in English and Spanish from the University of Utah.

He's using GoalMine to make life better for people with Down Syndrome.
