Mr. Sosa is an accomplished entrepreneur who pioneered the multi-billion-dollar prepaid debit market as the co-founder of NetSpend Corporation( NASD: NTSP), a highly successful company that serves millions of unbanked Americans. As a leading voice for underserved consumers around the world, he pledged to the Clinton Global Initiative to bank 5 million consumers in 5 years through the work of the MPOWER group of companies. He also serves on the Board of ACCION International and as Co-Chair of the World Economic Forum Global Agenda Council on Financial Empowerment. He was recently named one of Mexico's Most Promising Entrepreneurs in their 30's by Expansion Magazine, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has been recognized among America's Most Promising Social Entrepreneurs by Bloomberg BusinessWeek.

Mr. Sosa is a seasoned financial executive. He is founder and partner of MPOWER Ventures and founder and president of MPOWER Labs, Inc. Prior to founding MPOWER Ventures and MPOWER Labs, Mr. Sosa co-founded NetSpend Corporation (NASD: NTSP) ­ one of the world's largest marketers and processors of prepaid debit cards for the underserved. As vice president of Brand Development of NetSpend Corporation, Mr. Sosa was responsible for all consumer and corporate positioning of products and services. In 2004, in recognition of NetSpend's success, Mr. Sosa was awarded the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Rimmy Malhotra — Board Member

CIO & General Manager, GoalMine

As Chief Investment Officer and General Manager of GoalMine, Mr.Malhotra oversees all investment decisions for the company. He also sets strategic direction for the company and works closely with MPOWER Labs to design asset building products that empower the underserved to achieve lasting economic independence.

Prior to founding GoalMine, Mr. Malhotra worked as an investment analyst at a New York based hedge fund. He also headed the North American Infrastructure Group at The Citigroup Private Bank covering operations across the Americas. He earned his MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a master's degree in International Relations from The Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Rad Weaver — Board Member

McCombs Partners Business Development Director

McCombs Partners serves as the investment management division of McCombs Enterprises, the family office of Red McCombs. Billy Joe "Red" McCombs is the founder of the Red McCombs Automotive Group, a co-founder of Clear Channel Communications, a former owner of the San Antonio Spurs, Denver Nuggets, and the Minnesota Vikings, and the namesake of the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a long-standing member of Forbes magazine's top 400 richest Americans and has owned nearly 400 businesses during his career.

Roel Campos — Advisor

National Chair, Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell
Former SEC Commissioner

Mr. Campos, former commissioner at the SEC, is the national chair of Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell's securities regulation and enforcement practice, where he is also a member of the firm's white-collar and internal investigations group. Mr. Campos previously served as partner-in-charge of Cooley's office in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Cooley, Mr. Campos was a Commissioner of the Securities and Exchange Commission beginning in 2002. In 2005, he was nominated by President George W. Bush and confirmed for a second term. Mr. Campos served for four years as the Commission's liaison to the international regulatory community. During his time at the SEC, Commissioner Campos became one of the best known regulators in the world.

Mr. Campos served on President Barack Obama's economic advisory board, which advised a transition team taking over from the Bush administration. He currently serves on the president's intelligence advisory and intelligence oversight board.

A graduate of Harvard Law School, he also holds a master's in business administration from UCLA and received a bachelor of science degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy.
